30 Inspiring Bible Verses about Confidence in God

The King James Bible dictionary defines confidence as an assurance of mind or firm belief in the integrity, stability or veracity of another, or in the truth and reality of a fact.

God alone is absolutely stable, reliable and trustworthy, for He is 'the same yesterday, today and forever'.

The Bible reveals the character, power and knowledge of God.

God and His word are one. He will do what He says He will do, because He is all powerful.

He knows yours thoughts and the desires of your heart.

He also cannot lie; therefore He is absolutely dependable – in contrast to man. It is therefore of great importance that you learn to put your confidence in Him.
