30 Bible Verses to Stop Worry and Anxiety

30 Bible Verses to Stop Worry and Anxiety

The dictionary defines worry as mental distress or agitation resulting from concern usually for something impending or anticipated.

Joyce Meyers stated in her book (Be Anxious for Nothing) that worry or anxiety is caused by “trying to mentally and emotionally get into things that are not here yet or things that have already been.”

Life’s situation can often times be daunting and overwhelming, with the temptation to lose hope for a brighter future. God however, has provided ways for us to live a worry free and peaceful life.
